Ich hab Zitate gebracht und nehme zu Kenntnis, dass du nicht bereit bist auf diese einzugehen und andere Belege zu bringen die deine Behauptungen über Dworkin bestätigen würden.

Du unterstellst mir, ich könnte Dworkin im Orginale nicht verstehen. Dann erklär mir doch was an dem von mir gebrachten deutschen Zitat anders zu verstehen ist, wenn man es im englischen Original liest:
