“I gave up white women many years ago,” said a friend of mine to me once.

He explained that he and many of his friends came to Thailand with the hopes of falling in love with a pliant Thai woman. “I ran away from the Olgas of the world, why would I want to date one here? Here I can be who I want (i.e. chauvinist pig) and it seems to be all right,” he told me to my horror.

It is because of these reasons that my three friends are desperate.

Yes it is hard for western women that have been pampered all there lives and had lots of men think how cute she is and then find out no one want to put up this anymore.
In Mexico the old ladys ( women) sit around play bridge and grip that no Gringos want to date them. Their spouse worked hard saved money and spoilied thye wives. So now they have lots of money but it is now No money No honey on the other shoe.
So be good to your Children and Grandchildren so someone will say We love you and happy birthday
